Open Spaces

There will be a consultation event taking place at St Catherines School this saturday 28th February. It is to see what the younger people of Heathfield (and I guess the older ones too) would like to see on the open spaces in terms of facilities and amenities (there is a difference I believe). It is advertised to take place at 1400 at the school.

On Monday 2nd March we will have our next residents meeting. We have now adopted our constitution and the Chairman has opened a bank account for the association. This is going to be a huge advantage as we can now organise ourselves to print circulars and newsletters etc.. We have also had some valuable and appreciated support from our councellors from Bovey Tracey Town Council. Several have attended our last few meetings and have been offering good advice and useful insights into what we are trying to achieve for Heathfield.

See you all soon I hope!

BCT

BCT have submitted a new planning proposal for their site. There is a considerable amount of documentation available for this. You can either go here to look at it or if you want a LOT of information to arrive by email let me know and I can email it to you. There is a tight time frame for this so you need to read this as soon as possible.

You can email me or leave requests here at the Blog site

2009 - it's a whole new year...

Well 2009 is now here and we have a new year of challenges and resolutions.

We will be using this a forum for residents of Heathfield to post comments, information and generally engage with each other so we can build Heathfield into a lively, spirited community
